Groundhog(?) processing
So today I noticed a dead (what I think is a) groundhog next to my apartment, and it’s been there a few days according to my landlord. He says I’m free to take it if I want, but I really don’t know the cleanest way to process the bones. I don’t really want to cut off the meat by hand, since it’s been in the 80s all week and I KNOW that it’s going to smell HORRID… but I’m not really familiar with any other methods. I bought a five gallon bucket, and was thinking of putting it in there with some dirt and drilling a couple of holes in it, but I’m not even sure how well that would work. Any suggestions?
