Anyone else losing weight in spurts?

Lately I’ve noticed my weight loss seems to be in inconsistent waves. I’ll have one week where I’ll lose 4-5 lbs, then nothing for the next 2ish weeks, then another week where I’m down a bunch. When I average it out I’m still losing the 1-2 lbs per week that I want, it’s just a bit of a roller coaster where I build momentum with a bunch of weight loss, then nothing for a bit. I’m wondering if it’s just the way I lose weight or if it’s caused by something I’m doing. Anyone else experiencing something similar?
