'72 discharge, swore I wouldn't go near the VA again after my initial 10% rating discharge year. PACT ACT and a VSO caused me to file claim PTSD and it has triggered me something awful, trusting the VA is like trusting my local draft board in '68. Did get the diagnosis in '24 and noted combat service connected with notation it has been 50 years untreated... now claim is filed and I go nuts thinking another exam.

I am wondering what the step 3 exam for PTSD is like, and is it a guaranteed required exam? Sleep is not so easy these days since started interacting with VA. Got to give them credit, it is much, much better then in '72. It's more me than them and the process now...
