I live in alberta and the separatist movement is very vocal but not as big as they think. Quebec years ago had almost 50% wanting to leave canada something like 49.1%. Alberta separatist movement fought to get 0.06% of the population to sign for the referendum. They are incredibly vocal but not very productive.
