Just want to know if it's a good price
There's someone on marketplace selling this for $400. They claim they are not very knowledgeable about computers (I also make this claim) but it occasionally has issues starting, so they take off the side panel and unplug it and plug it back in (the oldest trick in the book!) and it is fine "there's some rattling when you move the PC" and "usually just happens when you move the PC" were the answers I got when I asked what they thought the cause of this issue was. Is this a good price and how big of a red flag is this?
