I've lost count of where I am.
What I will do is use vitamins to get to 100 and recount again.
My question is, I understand the vitamins give 10evs but you can't use them past 100. If I used one on a stat that has 91 evs, will it let me use it and just take it to 100? Or will it say I cannot use it as I only have 9 available before 100?

Sorry if this has been asked a million times.
I'm due to complete on my first property on 15/05/2026.
My standard monthly payment is £1260.
My first payment will likely come out on 01/06/2026 and I understand it will be for the whole of June, and the last 16 days of May (15th-31st).
My question is, will my first payment literally be a normal payment, plus approx half of a payment for the 16 days? So roughly £1,860 by my maths?
