Saw a kid using their phone, all phones are to be in Yondr pouches, but he kept it in his backpack. When admin came to get it, he hid it in his waistband.

The result: no suspension, not sent home, like our policy says. I was told "we couldn't find it" and the student was sent back. I replied that he defnititely had it, and used it. "No proof." I'm a professional, licensed, background check, my word is all the proof you need, this is not a court of law.
