Thoughts on these cocktail flavors? All would be mixed with vodka and topped with soda, so a sort of savory/herbaceous/vegetable forward spritz.
-orange zest, Calabrian chili, manzanilla olive
-tomato water, lemon, white balsamic, basil
-cucumber, wasabi, toasted sesame
-grapefruit, pink peppercorn, radish
-pineapple, jalapeno, white soy, hot honey
-pickled red onion, lime, cilantro
-caper, dill, yuzu, sea salt
