Are these jeans too tight?

I generally wear W34 Levis, and I have somewhat thick thighs. These are some Wrangler Greenboro W33 x L30 jeans I found at my local TKmaxx. The stitching seems good and I really like the color. They were a bit close fitting when I first tried them on but after a bit they feel much better. However they still feel more close fitting to the crotch than my regular jeans. Not sure how it looks to others though. I have to have them low on my waist, just on/below hip bone. Thoughts?

P.S. im not wearing a shirt in some pics. Im kinda new to reddit and this community, so if thats not allowed please let me know and ill remove the pics.
