Hi! Can someone please enlighten me po with the work set-up in GT GCS? Is it task-based and assigned by the on-shore team (like EY GDS)? Or are you really part of the audit team and buong audit phase yung involvement mo? It was discussed naman during the interview and I asked rin during the offer pero nalalabuan lang talaga ako (like the fact na nasa Ph ako and yung team ay nasa ibang bansa so nagw-wonder lang ako paano yun nagwowork). I have an offer already that's why I wanted to really understand the set-up. Thank you so much po!
