Just wanted to come back to the recent discussions around possible H-1B changes. I know that there is no major for now, but I’m really curious how people think companies would react if stricter visa policies actually happen.

I think it could push more companies toward outsourcing and external operational partners.

At the end of the day, we still need talent and still need to control costs. So if hiring locally becomes harder, slower, or more expensive, I bet it will accelerate the outsourcing market.

I would love to hear different thoughts from founders, recruiters, and people working in tech/BPO.
