About to give up

My sour dough starter is about 1.5 months old.. she only rises double after 7 hours and is not rising anymore than double ever !!

This is what the current situation is. I’m located in NY temps are currently 45-55 degrees

The starter is: 10g starter, 30g warm spring water & 30g bread flour + ww flour ( 20 bf & 10 ww ). The mixture sits on a warming plate at 85 degrees and is fed every 24 hrs.

I’ve tried everything from feeding every 12 hours, 1:1:1 ration, putting under the stove light, used non filtered water, more wheat than bread flour etc and still not much action. At the one month mark I made a loaf and it was dense and just lacking.. I tried to do it all right and I’m just feeling exhausted with feeding it and not seeing the slightest bit of improvement imo. Help?? Suggestions ?? 🥺
