Help my friend support his family

My long term friend is really struggling at the moment, any help at all is appreciated so so much.

Hi, my name is Chris and im 19 years old and im starting this fundraiser on behalf of my dad without his knowledge.

Now I come from a family that does not really like asking for help hence why I am doing this without any of their knowlege and I just don't really know how to help as I work a minimum wage job and I myself can just about keep my car on the road.

But anyways...

A little about the person you are donating to and why: My dad, Neil aged 55, he was a HGV lorry driver and has been all my life, he had to work nights for a long time as he was the only one that worked in my family to get that little bit extra to keep the food on the table for three kids for about 15-16years as my mum cant work due to her having an accident that resulted in her having to get a knee replacement and still causes her pain to this day. That was until one day me and my mum had returned home from a day out to see ambulances outside our house. My dad had a stroke, and with what little strength he had he managed 999 on his phone using the emergancy call option by miracle he had his phone in arms reach otherwise the worst could have happened... this as a HGV driver put him out of work until he was deemed fully healthy again which took about a year and a half... fast forwarding a couple more years to around just a month ago, I was at my girlfriends house getting ready to go out and i get a call from my sister which is really random as she isnt really a caller. My dad had collapsed on the stairs and an ambulance had been called, after hours of waiting they said it was his heart, he had gone into heart failure and the whole left hand side of his heart has stopped functioning perminently and they say it could have been a process that started when he had his stroke. So yet again he is out of work and this time it could be for good. We have had to apply for UC and PIP and still have heard nothing. My brother wants to save move out, but he now can't because hes spending his wages keeping the house going and myself as the youngest and am yet to start my career am not making much a difference to the situation.

Any donations would be much appriciated even if this fundraiser gets just £50 from 50 people donating £1 thats still some bills partially paid.
