Why not go for highest ovr if game will reset and you will KEEP your players…(as per previous post about what will be kept and rolled over). I’ve also see ppl say hoard players to trade in….but that’s a gamble no? Usually it’s for peanuts…just wondering what ya’ll doing with your excess players

Mine is to have and entire offense and defense EVO’D up, I find this is the most effective way to hit the 10k either way ease. I started since Xmas and started EVOing in Feb when I confirmed with the community that the perma-boost still worked. If I have extra resources, I’ll upgrade OG, TE, and DE. Other than that, in a super good place :) doing well in versus for the first time. Best of luck for rest of the reason!
I have mythic graham at slot with 6’7” - yea ha ha whatever - and McBride at te position, I find that regardless of height some te streak plays are hard to high point if both safeties converge, curious how other think and run their formations with 2 tes
So with the help of the community, especially two doods that showed me the way, I’m not mossin’ dudes in LVL/A3/4 and Versus…I know for most ppl they’ve known this but this is new for me and wanted to show a highlight reel of 6’5’’ literally crotch planting dudes
You grab a dump truck and ram it up it’s …you know what….so after 5 months, I finally, with the communities help, figured out how to high point a ball…but I do think height is paramount, I know ppl say that but I assumed T.O. At 6.’3’’ can out jump shorter DBs, or McBride at slot at 6’4’’ can do it, but they cannot. Recently, I captured a video of T.O. Getting out jumped by a 6 foot DB when I bullet and high pointed as instructed, he was even trailing the DB (in front). I got frustrated as I usually do but this time I didnt give up. I mimicked what another poster (thank you) posted via video and tried to do exactly what he did but instead throw to 6’5’’ Evans or 6’6’’ Graham. But I needed all three - Bullet, High point, and hit the 20% green WR bonus for them to Jump above the DB…result, victory again top 10 Versus guy, NOW, just a note, they do not out jump the stupid cartoons in triple coverage lol! As this guy had all of em!!! And some of these were contested, but against other Versus, it was automated (see the score before that). Now going into Versus much more confident again same or higher OVRs, and will try this out in A3/4. Feeling rejuvenated! Now most ppl already know this but it took me this whole time banging my head again the wall and not giving up on this game…I do see now how outmatched most ppl are with the pros having EVOED all their stupid cartoony players.
Just got Unitas and his release is insane, like the ball pops out of his hands, so much better than ALLEN, really love that aspect of QB play that's not mentioned in the stats. 1 question, debating between HERO montana or brady...anyone know if for some reason those two have a weirdly slow release like ALLEN? (also is it because my unitas is 239 and allen is 210? really hated playing with allen for past 2 months =/ but couldn't get anyone better till now)
Or get 2 other plays like X seam and China y or Dagger, or 3x 35 unit pays like Levels switch and x post
Before someone says skill issue, I just beat 6600 neuro player in a4 (barely 23-20) using smart play calling, etc and then matched up against 5900 where the same exact plays, his DBs read the pass and INT, does EA engine know I’m using the same scripted plays and adjusts? I bet they are sneaky and does, how else do you explain, its the same plays and open again 300+higher over but not a 400 lower…
This is what makes the game infuriating, if I’m seemingly playing ‘right’ and not trying for home runs, why the inconsistency? Seems random on all madden, LVL is more consistent and siege as well.. I miss Versus…
I haven't faced a single person in the top 100 today (after losing an early one to JAWABOMB), No NEURO guys buzzin' around...so strange, not complaining as i'm getting matched with much lower OVER...I felt bad for the 3k guys i stopped playing at the 2:00 mark..is it the time of day??
anyone else having this issue? I bought a 4.99 pack, also claimed my daily MC, and bought a all madden pack....still not checked off
Not a gripe but an observation, since the update I’ve put in some time to learn new plays, get better at reads etc and can say I’ve gotten better. Less frustration as I found my formula, which I’ve said on a previous thread that I’m basically dinking dunking - granted a lot of players have not changed that style and still reply on it. I was never a high-point streak guy cuz I can’t work out the timing pre update, (and still can’t post update) but my recent match with top Neuro guy we were neck and neck till around 1 min left, we were both ~400, then he exploded with a couple bombs to Clowney to ice the game. All good, hey, they continue to exploit it and I wish I could also but that’s the way the cookie crumbles. I was proud of my performance as I try to call the right plays given the situation but really had no way of putting up big points each drive and his defense was FLYING. Kudos to them.

Next month is probably last month before reset, hoping to clear the 10k gate WITHOUT spending 30 bucks on the FP. I have 43k MC saved up since last month.
Any advice? running up the gut seems to get 10-15 yards but hard to score big points like that. Playing 6700 100k+ fan ppl in Versus as 6100 and not really getting anywhere. They are all running prevent d, cover 3 with DBs blitzing safties blitzing the run
