Hello!
Can anyone help me identify these?

A vermiculture nerd friend confirmed they are not earthworms.

Sorry, but it won’t let me upload the vid of them actually bouncing a flailing around.

I’ve been saving them as I come across them because I thought they were Earthworms, but I recently learned about Japanese Jumping Worms and how they destroy the soil.

I’ve lived in this red state my whole life and I think these worms are the only I’ve ever seen. I’ve saved countless and popped them in my garden beds 🥹

I genuinely don’t understand.

The Smart TV (WiFi) works.

The smart devices (Echo Shows from back when they were $20 each AND came with a smart lightbulb 🤯) playing music around the house are actively working.

But my computer has frozen midway through an unsaved online work task that I had been at for a few hours before noticing.

And I had to turn cellular back on just to post this, and to be told “You are online” by the shitty Xfinity app.

I have unplugged and plugged in everything, loosened and tightened the cable, and digitally restarted via apps.
