caridina or neo-caridina?

Hi! I’ve been working on making and growing out a shrimp bowl,I was wondering which one of these shrimp are easier for beginners. I was thinking caradina like the crystal reds but I hear they could be hard. Any recommendations would be helpful! Thank you :)

Hi guys! I finally got a crab they said it’s a tri-color crab? But the body looks like a rainbow vampire crab the only difference is the claws? Do you guys know what kind this is? I want to buy more but I don’t want to get the wrong species .-. - thank you for reading and the possible answers
