What are these spherical buildings?
Sorry for the photo quality, it was the best we could get. We saw these orb like structures from the W 8 ST NY Aquarium station. Didn’t notice them at all when we were on the boardwalk. Google searches are not yielding any results. It seemed like they were just off the coast, in the ocean??
