Hi! I am German, my partner is Croatian and we have a kid, living in Berlin for 12 years already but it is becoming a really ugly place. Not just Berlin, I don't like where the whole of Germany is heading so we were contemplating moving to Croatia. We like Istria in particular, people are really welcoming and open-minded, so we were thinking of trying it out next year. I am someone who works as a Project Manager and my partner is an artist. We both speak Croatian.

How feasible do you think it is to find a job remotely, prior to moving there? Or do you think it is easier once we are already relocated? Thank you!
