Anyone start a new story playthrough recently and been able to find prybars?

I just started a new story playthrough with the release of episode 5 and am currently at the Maintenance Yard and haven’t seen a single one yet. I’ve played both story and survival 300 hours and never had this problem before. Is it just me or is it bugged?
