Tea taste like fish
Hello Tea lovers!

so i got myself this roasted Barley Teag in bags from the asian store. i love this as an ice tea.

the first try i brewed it with boiled water, and let it cool down and sit in the fridge... everything was fine, super delicious, done.
​
BUT the second attempt, i put it in cold water for one hour and kept it in the fridge. (that was the instructions on the package)
The Result was: the tea was smelling like fish, and also the first sip always taste like fish.

Do you guys know why this could be the case?
And is it possible that its because of cold brew?
