how do i confirm transfer request?
i emailed them a transfer request from customer support and they gave me an automatic email to confirn if i still want my progress to be transferred. i emailed them back saying 'yes' but there hasn't been a response in a day. is it normal for this to take long or am i supposed to be confirming in a different way?
