I was wondering if applying for leave of absence hard? I’m currently working at Target and I want to continue working for Target after my return. I applied for an internship and I expressed to the company that my job will allow me to work summer internship out of my state. Many of my coworkers confirmed to me that I will get if it was for educational reasons. I’ve seen my college coworkers leave and come back during the semester breaks.

This is my first time getting one-on-one virtual interview with a recruiter. I applied to over 100 companies and I received rejection emails. I was lucky enough to receive an email last week from a recruiter regarding my resume.

I originally applied for local city near my area but the recruiter have other plans. The recruiter believe I could relocate to a different state (he give me two different state) which I openly express that I don’t have any problems relocating. The interview went fine until the virtual interview got disconnected towards the end. I know completed the interview on Friday and I’m still leaving to hear back from the hiring manager in that area. I heard the company is global recognized company and decent pay. I expressed to the recruiter that I was willing to relocate for the summer and open to the hybrid position. I need a heads up if I need to report to my job and my start my absence leave process.
