Hiring an AI Video Producer (India, remote) — someone who actually lives inside Seedance and ChatGPT Images
We run a productized AI video service. Agencies white-label our pipeline for their BFSI, ecommerce, and lifestyle clients. Mostly Indian market, scaling fast.
Most AI video output today is slop. Seedance and ChatGPT Images can produce genuinely remarkable videos. The difference is entirely the person at the keyboard. That's the role.
We're not hiring a prompt engineer. Not a Premiere editor curious about AI. We need someone who's been making AI videos on weekends because they actually enjoy it, and has enough cinematography knowledge to make these tools sing.
What you'll do:
Generate hero frames in ChatGPT Images. Lighting, composition, lens choice, color grade. Knowing when 35mm wide vs 85mm portrait sells the product better.
Animate them in Seedance. Camera moves that feel physics-grounded. Push-ins, parallax, rack focus, dolly. Building your own vocabulary of what each prompt actually does.
Build playbooks per vertical. Skincare doesn't shoot like fintech. Each one needs its own visual language.
Train our automated agents by example. Your best work becomes the gold standard. The pipeline learns from you.
What we look for:
A real portfolio of AI videos you've made on your own time. No personal experiments means not the hire.
Cinematography literacy. Focal length, depth of field, color temperature, parallax. You don't need film school. You do need to know why these things matter.
Real curiosity about where this is going. Tools change every month. We're inventing the playbook. You'll have a hand in it.
