I’m building a small multidomain assistant where the focus isn’t just answering questions, but showing exactly where answers come from and why those sources were retrieved. The goal is:

• page-level callbacks to PDFs
• diagram/image retrieval explanations
• source “roles” (definition vs example vs procedure vs formula)
• prompt-injection detection on retrieved documents

Is this already considered solved / trivial in the current RAG ecosystem?
