Financial digests tool for QBO users
For those of you working with QBO clients, are you using any tools that send automated daily or weekly financial summary emails (bank balances, AR, AP, credit cards, etc.)?
I’ve been experimenting with one that generates a “morning financial snapshot” from QBO, and my small‑business clients seem to like the one‑page email format. I’m curious how others are handling this:
- Do you send automated financial digests, or do you prefer manual reporting?
- What features matter most to you (frequency, formatting, KPIs, branding, etc.)?
- Any pros/cons you’ve seen when clients get this kind of daily/weekly view?
Not looking to advertise anything; just interested in best practices and what’s working (or not) in your firms.
