juggling 2 clients… worth it?

I’m a baby VA still in the early stage of my first partnership. Workload’s chill so far, not overloaded which got me thinking…

Do I just stick with one client while I settle in, or is it normal in the virtual space to have a “main” client plus a side hustle? My priority’s keeping quality and consistency solid. Don’t wanna chase extra cash today only to burn out tomorrow.

I’ve spotted part‑time roles at smaller companies like golean, myglobaltalent, MMM and alot more out there. Low‑key tempted to hit apply, but I paused, guess I’m not that mature yet in owning my decisions, or maybe I just don’t wanna be impulsive.

thinking bout how will i know i am ready to add another client without messing up performance? And real talk, did you tell your manager/agency, or just keep it quiet as long as there’s no conflict?

Not urgent, more like “do I really need this right now?” than “I need it ASAP.” Just wanna be smart about growing income without burning bridges or wrecking a good opportunity.

Also yeah… part of me wants to earn more and escape the struggle 😂😭

I recently received a LinkedIn outreach for a remote Customer Service / Sales Support role with a company called My Global Talent. the reach-out seems professional, but I’m hitting a wall with my due diligence. I’ve searched for employee reviews, Glassdoor ratings, and testimonials across multiple platforms and can't find much, but I’d love to hear from someone who has actually gone through their funnel.

I want to make sure I’m not walking into a "ghost job" or a data-harvesting situation before I commit to an interview. If you prefer not to comment publicly, feel free to DM me! TIA!
