I was laid off from my job last December. When I applied for health care through my state and put on Medicaid. I received a letter stating that I would be transitioned to one of the state’s commercial plans. I don’t understand why I’m being asked to pay for a commercial plan while I’m still unemployed. Can anyone provide any insight on this?
