My non Jewish partner has usually been supportive of Israel and reposting my Israel articles and looking them on social media.

Last night I commented to her how shocking the attack on Jews in Golders Green, UK is.

She responded by saying that many people are murdered every day around the world and why am I making a big deal out of this.

I feel like I don't know who I'm living with now. I'm not sure why I feel so hurt by this. I thought she was with us.

I'm 75 and I'm 4 weeks post-op. I had very mild symptoms. Just occasional dizziness if I stood up too fast. Generally I was feeling well but my cardiologist monitored me for 24 hours and said that at 3.30 am that day, my heart paused for a short while and I must therefore urgently get a PM implanted. He did the procedure, and apparently I got a Medtronic (?) device.

I can honestly say I feel way worse now than before. Frequent palpitations, a few occasions that while resting my heart rate goes up to around 105. I wasn't given much information, asked a lot at the 3 week post-op consult but to be honest, much like the above OP, I am severely regretting rushing into this. I'm not feeling great. I'm told I must give it more time to get used to it.

OP, I'm sorry you're also going through these doubts and feelings at such a young age.

I may get a second opinion.
