About to hit 100 SFH rentals. How many of us are out there?
Bought first one in 2012. Been buying yearly since. Most are down to studs rehabs. All within 30 mile radius. Around 45% LTV across the portfolio and average rents around $1500-1600. But a range from $1000-3400 a door.
Anybody else running a larger SFH portfolio out there?
