This is the wall right under my windowsill. I'm referring to the orange, not the black specks- thats dust that I was going to clean. I dont think its been there long, I only noticed because I was dusting my house, so I figure its maybe a week or two old tops. It could just be a stain, but Im too scared to touch it and besides, I dont know what could randomly stain my wall like that.. I havent spilled or sprayed anything there. Even if it is mold, can I just clean it with a bleach cleaner with gloves on?
