Hi, I'm form Minnesota and I have never been paid semi monthly before and have to fill out my time sheet manually. I need help with charging OT pay. I get paid on the 15th and last day of the month.

Here is my hours worked per week

So, each work week would i just need to make another column and charge the hours worked over 40hrs to OT? Is it 22 OT hours for the pay period? Thanks
