What in the world are my neighbors doing?
I'm fully aware that neighbor noise is part of living in an apartment and the noise wasn't so much bothering me as confusing me greatly. I'm completely stumped on what they could possibly be doing to make a sound like this.
It continued on and off for about half an hour for a few minutes at a time.
I'm so confused please enlighten me on what could be making this sound. It sounds like something on wheels?
