I have a 2023 AWD Pro S that came with free EA for 3 years. Recently, when we plug in at EA, it tells us to open the app and place it against the QR code on the station. Then it tells us we have to pay. I called the 800 number on the charger and got them to override the charger, and then had no issues. This has happened 3 or 4 times now, and I don't want to have to keep calling them every time. EA told me it was a VW issue, but I doubt that. Is anyone else having this issue?
