Cancelled after being approved by guarantor company, will this make it harder for me to find another place?

As the title suggests, I cancelled a rental before signing anything or paying anything but I had been approved by the guarantor company in like record time. Should I reach out the the guarantor company to apologize for the inconvenience? I've been finding it difficult to find info, and the agency guy called me pissed off and basically yelled at me on the phone for 10 minutes while I just kept saying 申し訳ないですけど、キャンセルしたいです。over and over as JLPT N1 didn't quite prepare me for angry realtor japanese.

I just got back to Japan on a working holiday visa 2 weeks ago and I have been struggling to find my footing. I studied here in 2023 and am now realizing just how much my Japanese university did for me because wow is this all so overwhelming. I went to an agency to try and find an apartment, and they were very kind but in 5 hours they found me 2 places that would allow me on a working visa without a job yet, and I kind of misunderstood the way the whole process worked. I saw them on Monday (2 days ago) and visited the 2, said I liked one and filled in the 審査 form and they sent it to the guarantor company. I guess I misunderstood, but the woman seemed to suggest that nothing would move forward until the approval from that came in and that it usually took a few days.

So tuesday (yesterday) I get the call, speak with the guarantor company and they say cool well continue the process. But later that evening I start realizing I don't think this place is right for me (there were a few things about the space i didnt like and I rushed into it because I'm overwhelmed and am currently living in an airBNB so i haven't registered at the 市役所 yet). I kind of regret not just toughing out a sharehouse for the first month so that at least I could find a job / register with the local gov.

**TL;DR: In the span of 2 days I saw a place, filled in the guarantor company form, and was approved. I then cancelled. Will this harm my luck with this guarantor should I need to apply with them when I find another place in the near future? **
