Phantom quit Live and not because you are trash

Keem has totally developed a culture where working for free is considered a good thing. Would you ever work for a company where they yell at you, tell you your garbage and then confirm you will not be hired. Yet you stay because of some stupid reason that I can not fathom.

Have some self respect and quit that show. Keem, Boogie and Copper don't want you on the show yet you're helping them daily. If you are actually not being paid you are seriously wasting your time. And loyalty means nothing in the LCU.

Imagine being a channel where you get what you want and then you and your fans can't stop talking about it.

oh look Xylie left. I hated her, and now she is gone. Lets constantly talk about the most useless person we know. Let all my fans say how irrelevant she is by talking about her.

Let's hear Me talk about anything as fact when it is all opinions and conjecture. I doubt my fans will be that gullible. Oh wait.

Give me a job so I can move back to Tas.

Dear lord... I so miss Tassie.

I'm an eLearning (Storyline) guy who can do videography.

No one cares, but if there is a random HR person that needs this specific position filled, then hello.

Otherwise what's happened in Launceston since I left in ummm... 2014.

Why the LCU is struggling compared to the past

This may have been discussed here in the past or on their Discord, but for me it's a realisation. We all remember the time when the LCU felt like it was strong and could only get better. There were always shows that struggled and hosts who just didn't connect with a large audience. But there was always hope.

When Keem added another circuit, people claimed the universe would fail. But at the start it did okay. Then when the GorlWorld virus came on thanks the ALR they were to blame as the shows did take a faster nose dive. But in my opinion none of these are to blame. Neither is the influx of hosts and interns.

Is the LCU just failing because Keem tries to run it on fumes? When Fat Camp 2 ran, the cameras were run non camera people. When discord issues pop up the hosts rely on people like Phantom and Josh who are fellow hosts to assist them. When a show needs an emergency show runner another host is expected to support that show without earning an income.

Keem is honestly found his best to pay as little to his staff. Fuck the word contractor. They are employees without any employee protections. Keem reuses to pay anything into his business, so at the end of the day his need for it to succeed is low

If Keem paid the hosts for the shows they officially worked on and for example removed Phantom as a host but gave him a liveable salary as tech support, then he would have to actually build his business. The LCU is slipping because Keem isn't putting any financial risks into his own business.

Keem, Tech and Bus.

Keem constantly popped on Bus to keep ALR happy. But in time she has left and Tech has been given multiple shows. Keem recently popped on Bus to talk about shutting down Circuit B.

I am not against him very heavily favouring one show over all the others, but I would love to hear thoughts on why he is still favouring Bus, and why does he seem to give Tech more host opportunities.

My personal thought is he is still supporting Bus and the cast in hopes to bring in more Girl World viewers. And maybe he likes how catty they all are.

Storyline 360 has stopped working under Parallels for the Mac

For years I've had no issues running Storyline and now Storyline360. But in the past month, I can not get SL360 to run.

I run Windows 11 on Parallels v26 using a Mac Studio M1 with the Tahoe OS

The Articulate 360 app launches with no issues, but when I select Storyline, the app either sits in memory (Task Manager simply shows it with 0% CPU usage.)

Other times it does pop up the load screen and while it is Initialising Components it stops responding. Maybe 1 out of 50 attempts it will successfully launch.

I've receiving Tech Support from Articulate, but all their suggestions have come to a dead end, so I'm hoping another Mac user on here has had this issue before and found a solution.
