I was hit a few weeks back. The lady’s insurance has declared my vehicle a total loss. On the market valuation they deducted $1082 from every comp under “condition” even though they stated all vehicles were considered good. I could understand my vehicle being better than some comps and worse than some comps, but it seems sketchy it was the same adjustment against every comp. Am I missing something?
