Has this happened to you? Music got flagged with AI, but it's 100% original, 3 months and no news
Has anyone here been through a similar experience recently?
In February my account was terminated by Bandcamp for alleged AI-generated music, which is wrong. Every track in my catalog was composed, recorded, and produced by me using Reaper and Pro Tools, with live instruments and original field recordings.
I have a ticket open, followed up twice, contacted Bandcamp on Instagram, plus some Trust Policy personnel on LinkedIn. No news.
I received an automated confirmation on the second ticket but still no human response.
I came across u/Mysterious_Cry4286's post where a similar false positive was resolved same-day after sending a DAW screenshot. I am prepared to do the same and have all session files ready, but no one at Bandcamp is responding.
Any advice on who to contact or how to get a human to actually review the case would be genuinely appreciated.

- Feb 21 - Account terminated for alleged AI-generated music
- Feb 26 - Detailed appeal submitted, disputing the determination, offering project files, stems, and session evidence as proof
- Mar 13 - Follow-up sent
- May 12 - No response after nearly 3 months
