I'm based in Guwahati and looking for my first car. My budget is around ₹1.5 lakh. I want something reliable for city driving and occasional trips around the North East.

Is a used Wagon R a good choice at this budget? What model year should I target, and where is the best place to buy one in Guwahati—direct owners, OLX, or dealers?
