I’ve been trying to reach local clinics (derma, aesthetic, skin, botox, fillers) and facing one common problem
but most of time never reach the real decision-maker
Here’s what actually happen
Public info only shows clinic phone number
Reception picks up, not the decision-maker
Decision-maker contact is not available
Even if you find them → they’re not active on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
So I tried calling the clinic (not even pitching directly)
Still
They assume I’m selling something They don’t transfer the call They don’t share any info
End result → stuck at front desk
And the confusing part is
Many of these clinics are already doing marketing Running ads, working with agencies, freelancers, in-house teams…
So clearly they are spending money
But reaching them feels almost impossible
So I want to understand
How do you actually reach the decision-maker? How do you get past reception without sounding like a salesperson? What works here only referrals partnerships, something else? And what do you do if offline visit is not possible?
