Central Patient Review tickets
Another fun fact. If you’re submitting a ticket in PMS through the Central Patient Review button there’s actually multiple options in that drop down list that are messaging and digital pharmacy related that you can use! Don’t use the first option as a catch all for any problem since it’s only used to report patient profile issues such as a patient having multiple profiles that you’re unable to merge or a patient having someone else’s information on their profile. You’ll get your tickets resolved a lot faster if you send it to the correct team in the first place.
