Anyone else get weird dreams during Invisalign or braces treatment?

I’m doing Invisalign right now and I keep getting random dreams where my front teeth feel loose, fall out, or shift around weirdly. What’s funny is I used to get these exact same dreams when I had braces as a teenager too.

The thing is, I’m actually really excited about my treatment and seeing progress. I’m not anxious or thinking my teeth are actually going to fall out 😭

My guess is maybe Invisalign just makes you so aware of your teeth and jaw all day that your brain keeps thinking about it while you sleep?
