Non-state service paramedics, how do you progress your career's, scopes, and skillset's if you can't do a formal ICP/CCP/ECP advancement program etc?

Becoming an ICP/CCP without going the state service route, is it possible?

Is there a way to advance from a P1/ALS paramedic level to an ICP/CCP level without going through the state service path via private service means?

Any ACT based/surrounding NSW casual paramedic roles that aren't with ACTAS or NSW?

Former full-time NSWA paramedic now full-time rescue crew officer/swimmer working FIFO for 2 weeks on/off seeking ideas to work casually in my time off in the ACT/surrounding NSW regions to maintain the paramedic skill set and recency of practice requirements for registration. Ideally not with NSWA or ACTAS as I've been there and done that. Thanks.
