How to mitigate damage to tree root?
Back in November of last year, a utility company damaged my evergreen tree root, stripping it of some of it's bark. I'm wondering how serious this is to the tree's longterm health and what steps I should take to mitigate harm and promote recovery. Also, is this something I should call in a professional arborist over?
