Beware! This VRBO host (Ryan, 303-250-2557) is running a scam at 130 Raven Way. We booked this in February for a wedding at The Barn and two nights before our stay the host forced us to cancel our original booking and rebook at a higher price. When I requested the refund for the additional amount and return of the $1,500 damage deposit, the host completely made up a list of damages in order to keep the damage deposit. We also paid extra for late check out, he said check out was Noon, and the cleaners still showed up at 11am. This situation has been incredibly stressful, unresolved, and required escalation through Vrbo, my credit card company, and will likely end up in small claims court.
