I have a royal Poinciana tree that’s about 30 years old and about 3 months ago we had a really bad cold snap in Florida and it burnt all the leaves and stems on the tree but nothing has grown back. For a few years now I’ve noticed a couple spurs on the tops of the trunks where the trunks have been rotting and it’s only gotten worse since then. Should I give it more time or call it and remove the tree
