Genuine question… did/does anyone else with Crohn’s struggle with anxiety or feel that their anxiety worsened after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease?

I definitely feel that mine did & it’s honestly so draining. I feel like it’s anxiety in general but also health anxiety.
