Can someone help me increase my team dps???

I have C1R1 Nefer w/c1 Lauma, Bina and Nahihi are both C0. But my team dps has only peaked at 172k. I've seen other nefer reach +200k dps at c1 or even at c0. Is something wrong with my build?

My team: c1r1 nef, c1r0 laumama, c0r0 bina and nahida

Rotation: nefer skill, bina skill+burst, nahida skill+burst, lauma burst+skill. That's it.

+Nefers CA deals 150k+150k+180k. Pls help
