Feeling discouraged

I have recently finished my real estate pre licensing classes, took my time with it as it was online. I work full time, took for about three months to finish since I was in no rush to finish the pre licensing classes. For some background, I graduated college in may with my finance degree and realized it was not what I wanted to do my entire life so this is how I came to my conclusion to start learning real estate.

I am feeling discouraged, I have been taking practice test after practice test but it feels like I am learning nothing and not remembering anything.

Did anyone else feel the same way when studying? I consider myself to have a lot of perseverance, I just want to hear other people’s tips on what worked for them.
