Soft locked only can use 2 skills
I reset a skill track which I found not as good as some others and now no matter what I do I cannot gain another one, I’ve restarted my game many times and died to restore my character and nothing.
I’m aware of a glitch currently when prestiging your operator but I’m resetting to CR 51.
Can anyone help me ?
