First Visit in CB - solo traveler

Visit from July 16 - 24
I have shared in the past and wanted to get a closer update to my visit to Morocco.
I have secured my trip and now I am looking to build my itinerary. However, I want to make sure I spend the right amount of time on a very short stay.
I will be landing in Casablanca July 16th, and I will assume the day will be short since I am landing at 15:00 hrs
I booked my hotel in Casablanca, from the 16 – 19.
Since I am returning from CB, I have already secured a single night on the 23.
I want to visit Tangier and probably a few additional towns in between. I don’t want to rush but want to take advance if my short stay.
My request for suggestions
What other cities btw CB and Tangier I should be visiting,
How long should I stay in those cities considering I will have only a few days (4days)
And what hotels I should stay on these cities including Tangier
Your information and assistance is much appreciated.
How to move there? I am thinking in renting a car.
